Average weights of each cut are in brackets along with steak thickness. Add as many cuts as you like, then go to checkout where you can adjust the amounts and approximate weights of each cut.
NOTE: We'll try to get as close to your desired weight as possible, but it's not always possible. The piece you receive might weigh just a little more or less. We calculate the actual weight and price at the time of packing.
Our Smoked cuts do include nitrate/nitrites and are marked with an *, they are required by our processor.
