• 12 lb. of Steaks ( variety could include; Filet Mignon, Ribeye, NY Strip, T-bone, Porterhouse, Rib, Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Fajita, Sandwich, Cube, Round, Chuck)

Pastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Our grass fed beef flavor can not be found elsewhere, the pastures grazed here provide the much sought after flavor profile we have loved for years. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Steaks are cut between 1″ and 1.5″ thick. Roast sizes vary between 2-4 lb. each.
