Pastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Our grass fed beef flavor can not be found elsewhere, the pastures grazed here provide the much sought after flavor profile we have loved for years. Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Chops & steaks are cut between 1″ and 1.5″ thick. Roast sizes vary between 2-4 lb. each.
