PICKUP POLICY

Your may pick up your order at the Ranch location. We’re open to scheduled pick-ups Monday – Saturday OR you may pick up anytime during our store hours; Thursday & Friday from 2 PM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM. We look forward to serving you!

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders received by noon Saturday will be packed ( during high demand weeks your order may need to ship the next delivery date) and are shipped Monday & Tuesday to ensure they do not get stuck in transit over the weekend and arrive thawed. You will get an email with tracking info once your order is on the truck.

After it is shipped, your package will arrive in 24-48 hours. If your order is delayed please send a note to info@8oclockranch.com and include your order number. Perishables should arrive to you frozen or very cold. Your orders are packed in our custom insulated boxes that can keep your meat safe for several days outside of any cooling.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed. You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. If we are not given the correct shipping address, we cannot provide a replacement order for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address given at checkout. Please double-check check all shipping information is correct before ordering.

Changing your order after it is placed ( the cuts included, removing or adding items) may incur a $50 fee. Please notify us of your desired changes by Friday evenings at the latest by emailing us at info@8oclockranch.com

• Shipping April 1st – Orders due by March 30th
• Shipping April 30th – Orders due by April 27th
• Shipping May 28th – Orders due by May 25th
• Shipping June 25th – Orders due by June 22nd
• Shipping July 30th – Orders due by July 27th
• Shipping Aug. 27th – Orders due by Aug. 24th
• Shipping Sept. 24th – Orders due by Sept. 21st

FREE SHIPPING

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $200 as well as all of our Meat Boxes and CSA Shares to our most local states. These are; NY, MA, NJ, PA, CT, RI, VT, NH, DE, ME, MD & Washington DC.

To our other zones we offer Flat Rate Shipping or suggest finding a ranch closer to your location. You can search EatWild.com or LocalHarvest.org for closer farms.
