Who becomes contemplative on Thanksgiving? Seems this whole week has found me thinking about all sorts of random events and ideas. Who is your family, your community? What traditions do you hold dear, how do you hygge and the time and effort put into all of them. Realizing that time is finite, you only have so many minutes to invest into anyone thing/person. Personally, I’m always wishing for more moments. More time to love ( and be loving! ) to those who come across my path.

The older I get the more I realize, it isn’t the things of this world that are important, it is the people.

Nicely put. Personally I don’t get too caught up in the season. I like keeping the sentiment with me always. Having a house full of dogs give me many opportunities to be grateful and feel loved. Happy Thanksgiving!
